Performance issues
Restart the device, close background apps, and try again. Include device model and iOS version in your message.
No sound or haptics
Check system Silent Mode, volume, and in-app settings. Low Power Mode can reduce haptics on some devices.
Progress reset
If progress is stored locally, reinstalling the app or resetting device settings may remove local data.
